Introduction

The optional Diagonal Brace Assembly kit is for installations that require extra support. This diagonal brace kit includes the brace, sleeves, and hardware for installation between one north and south pair of support legs. Our Rail Connectors secure IronRidge Standard Rails to the Schedule 40 horizontal cross pipes. Each Standard Rail requires two connectors to create a secure attachment.

The all-aluminum components are lightweight and easy to handle, yet engineered to handle the most difficult site and climatic challenges. In addition, IronRidge provides a complete engineering support system including installation guides, span charts, certification letters, and on-line design software to help you in every step of the way.

SGA Components

The SGA components are designed to be highly durable and easy-to-install. The top caps and sleeves are manufactured from cast steel ASTM A216 while the brackets and braces are made of extruded 6105-T5 aluminum.

With a minimal part count, installers can quickly combine these components with off-the-shelf schedule 40 pipe and our popular XRS rail system to quickly create even very large arrays.
