When using the APsystems QS1 Single Phase Microinverter, if one solar panel fails, will the other three solar panels attached also go down?

No, the other solar panels will continue to operate normally, if one or more solar panels fail.

In addition, upon installation if you do not use all four channels in the QS1, then it is advisable that you cap the unused channels so that the inverter is not exposed to the elements.
