Yes, the OutBack Power FM80-150VDC Charge Controller can be programmed to accommodate abnormal battery voltages, however, you would still need to choose one of the standard battery options and then adjust up/down the charging voltage. For example, for a 15V battery you would select the 12V battery voltage setting and then increase all the charging voltages to accommodate.
