I have two 1500 watt wind turbines. Can I install the 2 wind turbines to one MidNite Solar MNCLIP4KDC 4 kW DC Clipper, or do I need two MNCLIP1.5KDC 1.5 kW DC Clippers?

You will need 2 separate clippers. In fact you will always need 1 clipper per wind turbine. You cannot have comingled input into 1 clipper.

This is because each MidNite Solar CLASSIC Charge Controller will need to control one wind turbine. The CLASSIC needs to be able to see and regulate the voltage of each wind turbine and would not be able to do so if 2 wind turbines were in parallel.
