Item is exactly as described. I used them to ensure equal pressure from the UFO across the frame of the panel, not necessarily for aesthetics. I've seen solar panels fail from over-tightened end caps pulling the PV frame away from PV cells. hopefully this is another layer of protection from that.

My Order
Good. The only thing I could say was the packaged parts were very heavy and the bottom of the box broke open because it had only one strip of tape. One of the stopper sleeves came out and was lost. Not expensive and I had ordered a couple of extras.
